Our items are currently pre-order only at this time, with an estimated shipping date between mid-May to June 2023.

For orders that include multiple items, we will ship your order once all of your items are ready to ship. Please check the product descriptions for specific information regarding when items are expected to ship.

We're unable to combine any subsequent orders once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately at merch@animalroyale.com if you need to modify your order, provided your order has not already been packaged and shipped.


We cannot promise that items that sell out will be available again in the future, but we listen to what you want!

Most of the items on the shop need to be ordered in large batches, so we'll re-order if there's enough demand. If you'd like to purchase an item that is out of stock, you can leave your email address on its product page and you'll be notified if it becomes available again!

All Super Merch Shop orders are shipped from Pixile's home base in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

We understand that shipping costs can get pricey at times, especially internationally, and are constantly working hard to find the cheapest rates to get your merchandise to you. Please see the shipping estimate, calculated based on order weight, parcel size, and address location, at checkout.

We currently offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $100 USD, and within Canada on orders over $120 CAD.

Special flat rate shipping rates are also available for select countries in the UK, EU, East Asia, SEA, Australia & New Zealand:
• $30 USD shipping on orders over $100 USD
• $20 USD shipping on orders over $150 USD.

Flat rate shipping and free shipping offers apply automatically when the cart is over the required amount, without any promo code necessary.

Shipments to Canada and the United States will not be charged duties.

International orders may be shipped with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). DDP ensures that duties are included in your shipping price so there’s no surprises when you receive it, so we do our best to fulfill all orders with DDP, however some countries may not have the option. Please see the list below for some of the countries we currently are unable to ship to with DDP:

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been processed and packaged for shipping.

    If your order confirmation or tracking email appears to be missing, please check your spam folders or contact us at merch@animalroyale.com with the email and addressed name that you used for your order if you're still unable to locate it.

    Important: International orders that go unclaimed are often deemed return to sender (RTS) by the local postal service. Due to the high costs of reimport shipping and taxes, RTS orders do not get returned to us and are abandoned at customs. We cannot provide refunds for unclaimed orders. Please monitor your tracking number and contact your local postage carrier if your package has not been delivered or is being held.

    Please double check that your order details are correct at the time of ordering to help prevent lost orders. Remember to include an active phone number and email address that you monitor in case the courier needs to contact you for any reason!

    Should an order bounce back to us due to an error in shipping, we will contact you via email to arrange for a reshipment. In the event of an order being returned to us due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for the reshipment.

    We are not liable for lost packages resulting from incorrectly entered addresses, or packages that are stolen after being marked as delivered, so we highly recommend shipping to a secured location.

    Lost or missing orders must be reported to our customer support within 30 days of shipment for U.S. and Canadian customers, and 40 days for international customers.

    We're sorry to hear that your merch did not arrive in its superest condition! We inspect all items before shipping and try our best to only ship products that pass our quality assurance standards. Unfortunately, accidents can sometimes happen.

    If your order has been damaged during shipment, please retain all packaging material and email us immediately at merch@animalroyale.com with your order number, damage descriptions and photos. All damages must be reported within 10 days of delivery confirmation. The most optimal pictures for a faster resolution are on a flat surface, with the damage clearly displayed.

    Kindly understand that these minor conditions are not considered as product damage:

  • slight color variance from product images/mock-ups
  • tiny specks or spots of color, dust, or residue that were the result of the product's printing processes
  • creased or worn packaging, including boxes, sleeves, wrapping, and paper inserts that are not part of the product itself.
  • We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your merchandise! Please contact us immediately at merch@animalroyale.com so that we can help resolve any issues.

    All returns must be approved by customer support. Please do not attempt to return a package to the return mailing address on your shipping label as it will not reach us. Any order returned without approval will be discarded.

    Should a return be approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels, and are not liable for any damaged or lost packages coming back to us. Please include a note with your return that includes your order number and the reason for the return. We also recommend using tracked shipping and wrapping the package well to avoid damage during shipping.

    Refund amounts are calculated by the total cost of products returned - we are unable to provide refunds on shipping fees or taxes.
